Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Gam Gam's Sweets reserves the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. Sometimes, things are out of our control.

Payment

For orders $100 or under, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Invoices over $100 will require a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total order and full balance due at the time the order is received by the customer. This will reserve your spot. With no payment we are no able to save the date.

Care and Handling

We are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.

Fulfillment

All fulfillment details will be worked out before purchase and are included in the total purchase price.

Photography and Marketing

We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion without compensation.

Allergens

The product may come into contact with my shop-wide allergens, and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying anyone enjoying your custom order of this risk and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

Custom Cake Cancellation Policy

At the time of consultation/scheduling your custom cake, we require an upfront deposit of 40% of the total price.

By putting down a retainer with us, we in turn reserve your space for that date and can begin preparing for your custom design. The remaining amount owing is to be paid no less than 7 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in your custom cake being cancelled and deposit paid will be forfeited.

The cake remains the property of Gam Gams Sweets until all funds have been cleared.

If you cancel your cake order, for any reason, less than 10 days out from the date of the event the entire 40% deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

If you cancel less than 7 days out from your event, the entire value of the cake will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

You may have ONE reschedule of your custom cake for another date up to 30 days in advance of the initial required date without penalty.

Wedding cakes are unable to be altered once confirmed.

Wedding cakes attract a 30-day cancellation notice via email to be eligible for a deposit refund.

Custom Cake Alteration Policy

Please note, it takes a lot of time to make your edible art come to life.

We can only accept MINOR changes to the cake and design up to 10 days out from the event date. Any less than 10 days out and alterations can only be made for extreme circumstances.

No changes to the cake/design will be made 7 days from the event date.

Wedding cakes are unable to be altered or changed once confirmation of payment and date has been received.

Refund Policy

Any and all refunds are subject to the manager’s approval. No refunds will be given after the order is delivered or picked up.
